  AMAZING and HONEST!!!!! I cannot write enough good things about this shop or praise them enough. My daughter was traveling back to school (3 hours from home) on a Sunday afternoon and broke down. I decided to give them a call and listen to their voice mail message to see if they had any instructions as to how to leave the car there overnight. You can imagine my surprise when someone answered the phone, and it was not an answering service. One of the staff had the calls forwarded to his cell phone to be available to their customers. I interrupted his dinner at a restaurant and he stepped outside to take my call. Unbelivable customer service, but it doesn't stop there. He told me to call back when the tow truck was about 10 minutes away and he would meet her at the shop. He gave me directions on how to get there, as the street is one way and the shop is in the middle of the block.
  
  He met her at the shop, took the information and said that Pierre the owner would be in touch with her and I in the morning after they had an opportunity to take a look at the car. Sure enough, before 10 am the following morning he called me and advised me of the issue and the exact cost that it would be to fix it.
  
  From a worried mom that was 3 hours away this shop and its employees were truly a blessing! Thank you!!!!
