  I was greeted when I entered the store and was helped right away. I walked out with a change to my account that saves me money! Chris Cruz was awesome in explaining and answering questions. I usually hate visiting the store in person because I sit there for hours and walk away spending more than I really wanted to. Chris was not pushy and I felt he really personalized my service.

  These people ignore you when you enter. Instead of taking care of customers they argue instead. Most of them are from dirty Salinas. Verizon should stop hiring people from Salinas.
  Go to the MONTEREY store instead. They will take care of you.
