  I stopped by one day in Apr 2014 just to get a quote to reinstalling my lap top computer.
  After getting a quote, I said I would be back after making a back up data. Head tech said not to worry about it since they have a main hard driver with a big capacity and my data will be safe. I relied on him but next thing I found was all my 1000 photos gone, my tax info to file from 2011 were gone, all my legal docs disappeared. Since then I am still fighting against them due to their ignoring attitude and false accusation against me.
  
  They are not responsible for their mistakes!
  They even stand by their folks making a false accusation against a customer.
