  Cut off a chunk of my hair. More than twice this came ourt when I took a shower.
  It was a simple maintenance razor cut under the hair - line already there & she cut of a small chunk from the side. I had to go back in for the refund & the hairstlyst hid like a rat.Refused to give a refund on the phone.
